As Immobilien Bär has been in Denia since 1984, we can offer a variety of services. These include the selling of your real estate property in Denia or the surrounding region, as well as taking over all the preparation for selling your property or when buying it in Spain.

 

This may include the following tasks:

 

• Assisting in the request of NIE Numbers (Spanish Tax Number necessary when buying a property in Spain)
• Preparing paperwork at the notary when selling/buying property in Spain
• Inquiring about any debts or charges existent on the property, this directly from the registry office
• Assisting with mortgage inquiry together with our named partner banks
• Assisting with a new development declaration including architect work, inquiring about the necessary legal papers with town hall, notary and registry office
• Yearly Tax declarations for non residents and tax representative
• Translations in English, Spanish and German
• Any problems related with water, electricity, and other public authorities
• Import of cars/bikes, or change of vehicle holder
• SUMA/Ajuntamiento inquiries
• Power of attorney translations
  
• Last will in English or German as well as the standard Spanish
• Inheritance matters
