This is a duplex apartment - on the first level there is a good sized kitchen with all mod cons (separate utility area with washing machine), a shower room which is ideal when coming in straight from the beach. The lounge/dining room with Sat TV/Video and music system. From the lounge there are patio doors leading onto the balcony with table and chairs. This is south facing so you have the sun on the balcony all day (with sun canopy). The balcony overlooks the pool and gardens. The second floor has 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the other two bedrooms have single beds with a separate bathroom. The third level has a private roof garden with sunloungers. There are lifts and electric entrance gates. Fully air-conditioned (hot and cold).
