On entry to the apartment there is a hallway with Kitchen and laundry area, all appliances are modern and include dishwasher and microwave. The 3 bedrooms have twin beds and ample of wardrobe space. The lounge area has comfy seating, cable TV, video, Hifi system. Some children's toys and videos. The dining area seats 6 persons with ease. From the living room area there is a private patio that has table and chairs for 6 people.

The patio area is a great bonus to this apartment as it overlooks the lovely communal gardens and swimming pools including the children's pool so you can watch the children play and swim with ease. For the younger children there is a lock on patio gate, so they cannot go to pool without your knowledge. New sun chairs for use in the communal garden.
This apartment has a underground parking space with lift/stairs to the apartment. All gates to the complex have electric sercurity buzzer entrance. A quiet but central location. 2 minute walk to Javea Port and La Grava beach and a 10 minute walk to the Sandy beach of the Arenal.
