This is a one bedroom casita set in the grounds of the owner´s house in the countryside of Benitachell. Fabulous views of the valley and great views looking up to the church of Benitachell. Lovely walks to be had. Use of private tennis court. A 15-20 min walk into Benitachell which is a delightful little village with great tapas bars. 10 min walk to Benitachell Bowls Club. Ideal for a single person, bit too cosy for a couple!
It comprises of 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (can be changed to just a single bed which gives you more room, twin or double). A shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. A separate lounge with kitchenette. Tastefully furnished. Modern kitchen area with fridge-freezer, microwave with oven-grill option. Hob. Kettle and toaster. Breakfast bar.
The lounge has a TV-DVD player with Spanish channels. DVD´s can be provided. Stereo. Patio doors looking out to the garden with private tennis court. Fruit trees. Courtyard with BBQ. Table and chairs. Sunloungers.
This is available on a monthly basis for only 350 €uros per month.
